Your order isn’t final until you’ve received and accepted it. If you change your mind, you’re free to cancel your order anytime before receiving your product—no questions asked! If you do, we’ll issue a full refund of your purchase price.

Returns

If you change your mind, no worries! As long as the item is unused and in its original packaging, you have up to 30 days from the day you receive it to request a return. We're happy to help!

How do I start a return?

Reach out to us at Looft here before sending anything back—we’ll need to authorize the return first. To help us process your return as quickly as possible, please include the following details in your message:

  • Your original order number
  • The condition of the item
  • The number of parcels you’d like to return
  • The reason for your return

The item must be returned unused and in the original packaging together with all its content. When the return has been approved, you will receive a refund from us within 30 days of us having received the item.
